Internal Audits
An effective internal auditing program is the backbone of a quality management system capable of sustained continual improvement. ATCS can provide ASQ and RABSQA certified quality auditors that have years of experience performing real world audits. Our internal audits are not only intended to verify conformance to ISO or API requirements, but to also highlight opportunities for improvement that help reduce costs, improve work processes and improve quality. Our internal audits will provide your organization with a fresh unbiased assessment of your quality management program.
External Audits
ATCS has preformed initial qualification and re-qualification audits of numerous suppliers throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and the Middle East to verify conformity their conformance to their own in-house quality requirements as well as those of ISO 9001, API Q1 and ASME. Our external audits are intended to verify a supplier's ability to meet our client's quality requirements and to assess their conformance with industry standards for various types of equipment that include pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, well head equipment, oilfield tubulars, piping, structural fabrications, tanks, electric motors, instrumentation and nondestructive testing services.
Periodic QMS Maintenance
ATCS can provide a cost effective program for the required maintenance of quality management systems. This service provides on demand or scheduled periodic technical support in the areas of statistical analysis, preparation of materials for annual management reviews, verification of the availability of up to date QMS records (i.e., supplier performance files, equipment/tool calibrations, employee training, customer satisfaction, inspection and testing). In addition, we will provide support with addressing external audit findings documented during ISO 9001 or API Q1 Registrars compliance audits.
Project Quality Audit and Coordination
Our past experiences include providing quality auditing and project inspection coordination support to the Motiva Crude Expansion Project (Motiva CEP). This expansion project was originally budgeted for $7.1 Billion dollars. It will increase current capacity of 275,000 barrels per day to more than 600,000 barrels per day, making it the largest refinery in the U.S. and one of the top 10 in the world. ATCS's project support which included conducting contractor and supplier quality audits, reviews of inspection personnel qualifications, inspection and test plans and updating/revising Motiva CEP's project quality plan. ATCS provided personnel to cover supplier and contractor activities throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Turkey.
Online QMS Support
Our online QMS support service is designed to provide your organization with a cost effective approach to obtain timely answers as well as "How-To" recommendations for addressing questions or concerns related to the development, implementation or maintenance of your QMS. This service provides "On Demand" access to our staff of Quality Professionals and their many years of experience in dealing with ISO 9001, and ISO TS 29001/API Q1 quality management systems.
